2nd day of YoReCa Camp 2009 (group 1)
Hey people,
today was a refreshing day for all of us! We had our morning exercises and went for breakfast. Dr Alex Su was our speaker of the day, he's a doctor from IMH. He talked to us about many things like how to handle situations after the disaster and also shared his experience with us.
We then proceed to the Home Team Academy (HTA). It was BIG! We had a lecture before going to the training village. It is a place where it seems like real situation. Trainees are taught to handle the situation and know what's the right thing to do at that point of time. We went to the centre whereby the trainer taught us what to do when disaster really come. The main thing was to be CALM and BRAVE, most importantly NOT TO PANIC.
We had our awesome lunch before leaving the place for ICA. We were welcomed by a video and also a speech. We had our tour around the area and also explore the job scope of the respective duties.
hope u all view and put some comments
