1st day at YoReCa
Today is the first day of the YoReCa camp. We are staying at NACLI. Live was good! Food was good! The game was good! Everybody was given their respective air-conditioned rooms, heated showers and luxurious beds. Wonder which other camp offers such luxury!
Apart from the luxuries, what was more interesting and definitely beneficial was the new friendships forged. Through the icebreakers, we learnt more about each other in the team. This was exceptionally difficult for people like our friend Mubasysyir who was the only one representing his school. But above all, we were able to overcome our differences and bond together as a team.
After a sumptious lunch, we proceeded to the HTA. Only upon reaching there, we realised what a cool building it was. Due to security reasons, we are not able to disclose any information about the premise, however, in brief, the HTA conducts joint specialisation training for members of the Home Team. Simulation based training is also conducted there to enhance the performance level of the officers. We learnt how to respond during times of crisis and external threats.
Basically, that was it for the day. After a refreshing shower, we are now here blogging about our the great time we had today. haha... watch out for our next blog....=)
